If my memory serves me (and it probable is not) match the release bearing to
the clutch/motor and the slave push rod to the transmission and slave
cylinder to match the master.

Hello all,
Can anyone tell me what would happen if you used a 1098 release bearing on a
1275 car?
What would the clutch act like? I am thinking that maybe I was sold the
wrong
release bearing for my car. They would fit the same but the 1275 one looks
deeper, like it would "throw out" more clutch.
Thanks for any help, I really want to get this thing fixed before winter
