Obviously some aftermarket bar, may the kind with a simple 90*
bracket bolted to the A arm.
As for a 3/4 bar, I use one and I love it! I had a 7/8 bar, it was a bit 
too much so I adapted it to the A40, it stopped the body roll on that 
car for sure and it works just great.
So if I can adapt a Spridget sway bar to an Austin A40 which is a few 
inches wider than a Spridget, you should be able to do the reverse.
