Bugeye Car/chassis # Help needed??!!!?

Hi All

The car/chassis # plate on my Bugeye restoration project is pretty badly 
damaged and their appears to be a mistake on my title.  Does anyone know where 
if 
there is anywhere elso on my Sprite where I can find the car/chassis number.  
Im beging to get more than frustrated.
