I have no clue as to what cleaners besides what K&N provides are good or
bad for the longevity
and/or effectiveness of the material they
use for their filters. I always used
the stuff they provided.
Did my DCOE about once a year. Those
in my stock SU set-up (cans) have stayed
pretty clean for two years....I just "rotate"
them in the can every six months or so.
