Okay, $50 later I've got the belts and a tonneau cover in fairly decent
shape from a local junkyard. I ended up getting the belt portion out of
the back seat and the buckle part from the front seat of a Golf. The
tonneau cover was found in the back of a '76 Midget. ;-)
Looks like I've got to cut off the bracket that'd normally be mounted up
by the shoulder and get the tilt ball out. Seems easy enough.
