so:
pi*2.77992126"^2/4 = 6.069527327"^2*3.2"*4 = ~77.69"^3, or ~1273.11cc
Boring 0.030 over increases it to:
2.80992126"/6.201234889"^2/~79.38"^3/~1300.8cc.
