Well, crazy maybe... but probably not that unusual. Some people are ready to
spend much more money on a car that its worth, and it is rather easy to do
(been there, done that, at least twice!). I have receipts for $22,000 in
parts alone over three years from the PO of my Bugeye. I am sure he spent
more, and I am not counting the hundreds of hours he spent rebuilding it!
The only crazy part about the message below is if the owner actually
believes he is going to get $25,000 for his Bugeye. If he ever does get that
kind of money for it, I'll put my Bugeye for sale at the same price!
