Texas Emissions Standards

Texans,

I have a de-smogged '78 Midget that I'll be moving to the Austin area in the
next few months.  It has twin SUs, a header, not much exhaust, big cam, HC
pistons, etc....

What are the Texas emissions standards for a '78?  Do I need to worry about
air pumps, original carbs, exhaust manifolds, etc....
