Nope, that's not it but that's similar. ARRGH! At least, they redesigned it in
the 79...wonder why...maybe because it BREAKS???

        It would be a RB...1975. It's almost like a bracket for the
accelerator
        cable and holds it taunt when you apply the gas. Without it...top
speed is
        15 mph. ARRGH!
