The 1981 Michelin Technical Data manual gives the 5.20-13 (cross ply) and
the 145 SR 13 tyre pressure for Midget Mk I, II, III as 22psi front 24psi
rear for normal use with a 22psi front and 26psi rear for fully laden or
high speed use.

This is the same for a Midget 1500.
