Oval head is the term. #6 with a #6 finish washer.
These are the original type used.

Now for the rest of you who want a decent one step panel screw,
stop by any drywall supply and pick up some "grabber" brand self 
drillers with the washer already in place. 5/8" is the shortest.
Available in black (for black interiors) zinc plated, and stainless.
The black ones disappear in black and dark blue vinyl.
