There are a lot of good tires out there in
terms of brand names.

The originals were 145/13's but 155/13's
are excellent without going wider ('70's)
which will compromise (to some extent),
handling in the wet.

The '155' will put more tire down on the
road but the footprint will grow "longer"
rather than "wider". Handling (grip) will
improve accordingly without the foregoing
compromise to that extent, while allowing
more tire to stay UNDER the stock rim
rather than riding outside it (as in a "70")
which is also better for "tighter" handling.

The greater circumference of the 155
relative to the 145 will have a minor affect
on your speedometer and final drive gearing. Very minor..not worth going
into,
really.

I have found that Dunlops (some) have
a rougher and noisier ride than the
T/A Touring I currently use (which I have
found to be all around excellent at
reasonable cost) but I am sure you will
hear from others using other excellent
brands/treads as well.

I am sorry I cannot help you on balancing
Rostyles. Have had Western's for many
moons. :)
