Marco,
The hand-brake lever itself is the same,  but the linkage at the rear end is
very different.
If what you are after is the lever assembly that fits to the side wall of
the tranny tunnel then there should be no problem (check the ratchet and
pivot points are in good condition)
If you are talking about stuff underneath then the later ones used a more
efficient cable mechanism in place of those wear-out rods.  They are not
really interchangeable without modification.
