Good point, James!

I forgot all about the nuisance of jacks...
you're right. My '74 was lowered 1 inch
by shorter, ralleye springs in the front
and professinally (spring shop) recurved
leafs in the rear.

(Car had flares as well so wheels really
looked cool "in there"!:):)

Additionally, we needed 1" thick boards
either side of my mechanic's lift to get
the car "over" the hydraulic cylinder
center "support" so we could get the car in the air for service without
bending the
exhaust system, etc.

But it handled beautifully, looked very
cool and no, I would not do it again,
either!! :):)
