Guys
Home Cheapo has Armstrong brand commercial grade floor tiles for around
75 cents a sq foot. Groits Garage has something similar for $7.50 a sq
ft. But they MUST be better ;) These tiles are NOT peel and stick, they
are not shiny, they are shiny if you wax them. They have speckles in
them so they always look "dirty".
So an average 2 car garage at say 500 sq ft would cost about $400 for
the tiles and glue.
