And in addition to that, - put people in charge of the country that aren't in the oil business, and - stop buying unnecessary gas guzzling trucks and vans, (you can call 'em SUV's, but they're trucks just the same.), and - develop mass transportation. All of this can happen very easily. How? You ask? Simple.
