It's possible that what this person is selling are Lucas headlamps that
are not sealed beams. What he is referring to as "Actual sealed beam
inside" is more than likely the bulb. And the fact that there is a
pigtail in the box seems to support this since as many of you know, the
adapter is necessary to plug a non-sealed-beam unit into the harness.
Home Depot in Goleta lists these at $69.95 plus $7.50 for the bulb and
another $16.95 for an adapter for a grand total of $188.80 for a pair.
So this guy's starting bid seems fair.
