no, PT-26 was the full canopy version of the more famous PT-19. it had a
full canopy with the instrument training canvas hood for the rear seat.
it was powered by the same inverted ranger 6 cylinder.
the BT-13 was built right here in allentown pennsylvania at "convair
airport" wich was later renamed "queen city airport".
for those who are interested , convair airport was the scene of numerous
sports car races back in the 50's in the early days of sports car racing.
