Best bet on this is to contact Pierce Manifold Tech with your problem.
There
number should be somewhere within their paperwork.

There is a DVG kit with a heated (water, I
believe) manifold and one without. The
one without is the troublesome one with
respect to the exact problem you are
experiencing, all else being equal (engine
to spec., etc.).

Assuming you have the "unheated" kit.
you might try richening the idle mixture
screw (primary throat) up to 1/2 turn
richer than best idle.

Better yet...
If you have the "unheated" kit, you might
want to exchange it for the "heated" one.
