Hi Jay,
Very nice looking car.  Rust free and Wales do not normally exist in the
same universe! Sure its a '73 and not earlier?  External door hinges,
sliding windows and pressed steel grill make it look earlier than a '73,
although the M does date it as registered sometime between August 73 and
July 74.
Probably just retained the earlier and more basic design for the van
versions, as it carries the post 1970 British Leyland Mini badges.

Nice buy though,
