I'm rebuilding the 948 engine (I think it's originally out of a '61 Midget, but it came out of [and is going back into] a '60 Sprite). I ordered the "freeze plug set from Moss" and they sent 4 plugs. I only see 3 holes. The engine has been apart for, oh, about a year now, and I don't remember a 4th one. Was there one under the timing cover, or something? Color me curious. Chuck Douglass |
