Every big car job has that moment when you've stripped it down as far as it
will go and then you can't wait for the reassembly. Well, the motor is at
the machine shop, the tranny is at a local rebuilder, the turbo is at a turbo
shop for rebuild and ceramic coating, the interior is bagged and sitting in
the moved-out daughter's room and the rest of the car bits are lying next to
the house in the backyard. The naked shell of bugsy is now tipped up onto its
side (on a pad) against the inside wall of the garage waiting for a few nights
of MIG welding on its little hurts.

Now the fun begins!

Its amazing that in a few short evenings you can take a complete Sprite and
completely disassemble it into its smallest parts and put it away like a
plastic Christmas tree. Heck, I drove this car to the Dixon show just a few
weeks ago.
