Hi folks,

A long time back I purchased a MIG welding cart from Northern Hyd. It is a
sheet metal, bolt together unit - cheap. I have been thinking of welding
the thing together because the bolts don't do the job. The cart has no sway
bracing and the sheet metal is flimsy. However, today I got a nice cart
from the neighbor's garbage (I think the term is "we tight"). It used to be
a Tectronics strain gage scope cart so is built quite well.

There is one problem. The distance from the bottom shelf to the top shelf
is too small to allow the AR/CO2 bottle to stand up vertically. Is there
any safety or operational reason why I can't just mount the bottle on an
incline of about 45 degrees? Could the bottle be mounted horizontally
without problems?
