14" on a Midget

Listers,
Does anyone have experience fitting 14" wires on their Midget?  If so, what 
size tires did you use?  How did you make adjustments for the speedo? Did you 
have any rubbing problems on the rear fenders?  Handling improvements? Most 
importantly :), how does it look?
