"it is no longer necessary"....
"When" is it no longer necessary? Under
"what" specific circumstances?
......there is a difference between re-torqueing after the initial 500
to 1,000
miles on a "new" engine or re-torquing
(subsequent to the foregoing) 3 years and (?) miles "down the road"
and/or thereafter?
What EXACTLY/SPECIFICALLY is meant
by "it is no longer necessary"??
