I have a set of original wheels that are at the machine shop getting blasted 
back to bare metal.  Then I will shoot them in a two stage silver.  I am 
wondering if I need inner tubes with these?   

Any help is most appreciated.  These are original 1958 -1960 Bugeye wheels.
