I have just finished taking the rear hubs and cleaning them up thoroughly.
After cleaning I notice that they both have a mark on the flange outside
edge that says LH. Does this stand for Left Hand? Does it make a
difference? I know the threads on the rear axle are different, but are the
hubs different also?
Also, how do you remove the oil and dust seal inside the hub and behind the
bearings?
The bearing surfaces of the hubs are a little rusted, not pitted badly.
Does this hurt anything?
