Bonnet change summary

Thanks to Jon, David, Jay and Larry for the response. The consensus is that
the bonnet stayed the same with the exception of some mounting holes for
badging from the earlier models. This minor change can apparently be made to
work on a Mark III Midget.
Thanks again...this is why these lists are invaluable.
