Looking at Vizard book...12G940 is THE head produced for "big bore" 1275 motors
with the exception of some "S" types which
used 12A 185 and AFG 163 castings (larger
than stock exhaust valve (1.215) along with 1.4 intake valve??). Most Cooper 
"S" types
came with 1.4 intake valve and stock (spridget size) exhaust valve.

"940's" for the Sprite, 1275 Austin/Morris
and 1300 Austin America used same valve
sizes, including the later emissions "940's"
for the Austin American, but under a different casting number (not specified).

The other castings you specified are not mentioned.

Under "notes" for the "940"....."Good ports
in standard condition" appears....
