We'd recommend Vandervells but they are unobtainable -- haven't been made for some time I guess.

So we end up with Glaciers or something made in Israel. Actually, if you don't overly abuse them, they do the job.

Spitfire 1147 - crank turned down .020 I think. My machine shop has it and
will measure for me before I order.



What do folks recommend for brand or type of crank and rod bearings for this
animal? Who do you buy them from?
