I don't have the means to tell you the thread size and type. :-(
What I can tell you, is that the two fittings were interchangeable. I had
one spare from another PCV of this type which fit perfectly.

I'd have thought this was a common fitting - if you have the thread size and
type I think I might have one or two (both of the same type) in my garage I
