I do a lot of eBay and get these from time to time.  If you get one you need 
to copy the email and turn it in to Paypal.  They have a fraud place on their 
web site for this.  Most of the time when you try to check out the web site it 
has allready been taken down by Paypal.  Appears that they have not gotten to 
this one yet.  Obviously these can be very dangerous for people not in the 
know.  These are offshore operatives who after sending enough of these out hope 
to be able to clean someone out of their funds.
