I guess that it would $2000 clear if it needed calipers?
I'd drive the car home real slow. I don't think the garage owner can insist
you flatbed the car home - surely you can just sign a disclaimer? I sign a
disclaimer at the tyre fitters because I fit and remove the wire wheels myself
using my hammer.
