Yep....
....the more I hear about this, the more it becomes apparent that "the leader" 
failed
to constructively "lead" in a manner that
could have effectively resolved the problem.

"$hit Rolls Downhill". 

But most "telling"......his opinion on the
female of the species in terms of the
obviously talented Danica says it all. He
is "old" in mind and bereft of spirit. 

Time for this old horse to be put out to pasture, obviously.
