I bought this trailer to haul my Spitfire around, but I don't like the
way the car sits on the thing, so I am going to upgrade. Suitable for
a very small car (AH Sprite, MG Midget, Classic Mini etc) or a meduim
sized garden tractor. Or with some modification could be used for
bikes, atv's, whatever. Pictures are at

Those of you in the Iowa British car club might recoginize this
trailer as having belonged to Lyal Kreps. I recently bought the
trailer from Lyal and relocated it to Cedar Rapids.
The trailer is single axle, has 15" wheels, tires are a few years old,
but have very few miles on them. Has lights (that work) a manual
winch and a toung jack that can be folded up out of the way when not
in use. The trailer also has two tool boxes at the back end. The
tool boxes limit the width of vehicle that you can put on this
trailer, but they could be removed if you were so inclined (bolted
on). The trailer also has removable ramps that stow on the wheel
channels. The trailer is set up for a 2" ball and a four-flat wiring
connection. Also includes safety chains.
The wheel channels are six inches wide and are 40 inches apart.
Giving you an outside track of 52 inches. The wheel channels are 108
inches long. The distance between the fenders is 67 inches, and the
distance between the tool box is 59 1/2 inches.
I bought this very recently hoping that it would suit my needs. It
doesn't, so I am offering it back up for sale at the same price I
paid. $300. It has some rust on it, but is overall in good condition
and is a very sturdy little unit. Trailer is located in Cedar Rapids,
