not getting through

Hello list, it seems that several of my E mails are not getting through to 
the list. So,at the risk of loading up the system, I'm going to try once more. 
I 
see that Harbor Freight has a cheap seal installation kit but I am not sure 
of the sizes I would need. Any ideas on what I would need? While I am at it I 
might as well also ask another question. What are the identifying marks of an
