A while ago I was fighting a clutch problem on my Datsun conversion. All is
now well, after replacing the pressure plate. It's the nicest the car has
driven in years.
Since getting the car back on the road, I have been driving with fuel economy
more in mind, trying to see what the maximum in town mpg I can acheive. In
the past, I drove the car with no regard to mileage, just the thrill of the
drive, and would get in the low 20's in town, and high 20's on the highway.
On the way home tonight the tanker was filling up the station, and the price
was at $3.15 reg, 3.25 mid, 3.35 premium.
