had I been working, and witnessed this assinine actions, I would have thrown
it)
did the porsche drive like an ASSHAT YES
passing safely is the burdon of the passer, not the passee. if I was
working on that corner I would have called the incident 75% the fault of the
porsche, if i were presented the evidence of the film, after (2) incidents,
I would have laid 90% on the porsche.
Both drivers should be reprimanded more than they got. There is no call for
any of that.
