As people exchange views on the "end of the driving season" in America,
can anyone explain why 73% of the Sprites/Midgets registered on Vigil's
"frappr" map are from north of the Mason-Dixon Line, or the prolongation
thereof? Why are they found up there in the Rust, Rain and Snow Belts,
when they are convertibles meant to enjoy with the top down?

Just curious.
