Dave,
Those are NOT "road conditions". A mere foot of snow is not a big deal, but 
I have no idea of the angle of your driveway nor the length. Still not a 
road. My cars have a nasty habit of making it home under their own power, so 
my needs for towing a car trailer are along the lines of once every ten 
years or so, hardly justification for paying for the plates of an SUV, let 
alone the gas, insurance, or the vehicle itself.
