| Subject: | Carb Needles |

Hey Group, I know this subject has been discussed and cussed many times before, but I can't seem to get it right. Running a 1380 with VP-7 cam, and Vizardized carbs and manifold, I can't seem to get the carbs adjusted quite right. If I adjust them to a nice idle, it leans out on acceleration. If I adjust them for acceleration, it idles very rich. Any ideas on needles to start with? Also, has anyone customized the profile of the carb needles? Mike |
