My opionion is TWO 40 DCOES on a Spridget is way over carburetted.
I know a guy with a Spitfire that's been fouling plugs for years trying
to get it to work.
As for the 1/4" line, It's only 1/4 coming out of the tank so a 3/8 line
from the tank isn't going to do much good.
