       "Hints from Heloise" recommends mayonaise for getting the old
       sticky off where bumper stickers have been... maybe it would
       work for that adhesive as well?..

       also check the 3M websight? they have "stuff" but i don't know
       if they have that stuff! .. also...
       
       a product called GOOF-OFF .. ? not from 3M
