size needed

Strange question...can someone measure the boot/trunk lid on an mgb for me..I
need to know the width of the lid.  Just found a removable trunk rack I have
had hanging in my garage for approx 18 years ...I guess its time to get it to
someone who can use it..got rid of my B 4 years ago...never used it..came with
the B ...just want to be sure that it will fit a B
