Piece of cake!

The plexi will pop out if you bend it.
I prefer Lexan (brand) plexi as a replacement, it costs more but lasts
alot longer and is much easier to bend to "pop" it back in.
Cheap plexi might crack when popping it back.
Use the old panels as templates, cut the new stuff with a jig or saber
saw, even a hand saw and coping saw for the corners will work.
Sand the edges with some 120 grit sand paper.
As for the original plexi block knobs, you will have to get plexi glue
(glass shops have it) and use some scraps glued together to build up the
thickness of the knob blocks or since our cars ar SO air tighht ;) I
just use a 1" drill bit (wood paddle bit) and drill a hole where my
finger fits in to slide the plexi. Sort of cleaner looking than a plexi
block glued to the window and it works. On those sub zero days when out
in the Sprite with a 1" hole in the side window, I just use a piece of
duct tape over the hole to keep the draft out ;)
