Hi.
I'ts a polyester primer, all the paint companies make it. Slick-sand,
Kwik-fill, Feather-fill, Quicksand etc.I use it all the time on these rusted
hulks, it's especially good at sealing the 45 year old fiberglass on these beat
up old Daimlers I've been working on.
