I bought a Dell once, it died on start up.
2 hours on hold and they finally send habeeb to fix it with
rebuilt parts. He fires it up and it smokes again, he calls dell tech, 
he is on hold for 1 hour.
They took it back.
I bought from a guy in town, if I call, he answers the phone, it he 
doesn't, he's closed.
