Over in England, both the Government and the drivers take speed cameras
VERY seriously. The Government loves the millions of pounds sterling it
puts in the Treasury's coffers, and the drivers because people are
losing their driving privileges right and left. One friend got three
notices of speeding violations, all taken by the same camera within 30
minutes. Two were dismissed because the Government could not prove SHE
was driving. The Government is moving quickly to close that loophole by
a law that will require the registered owner of a car to prove that they
were NOT driving.
Now, sites are springing up to alert drivers to the locations of the
hidden cameras, and this happens to be a game of "spot the camera":
Just click on the spot you believe to be hiding the speed camera.
