RPMs and blinkers are electrical. Your speedo should be mechanical. You didn't mention which year your car is. Usually, blinkers trouble caused by grounds and/or bullet connectors. Some cars have blinkers routed through Hazard switch. Some cars have two flashers, one for blinkers, one for hazards. Some cars have fuses that are not on the fuse block feeding things.
