Reamer size is not the only important consideration, you must use a 
piloted reamer to maintain the hole alignment. There is an article 
on-line on one of the Triumph web sites showing how use the shank as the 
pilot, and modify the reamer to cut from the back side. Also the holes 
are not reamed through, and a shoulder is left for the bushing so there 
is no possibility of the bushing working out and binding the throttle 
plate. Most knowledgeable list members would advise for you to send your 
carb bodies to a specialist for this operation, but if you must do it 
yourself you can search for the article I mentioned, or machine a pilot 
for attaching to a hand adjustable reamer. I have used this method 
successfully on kingpin repairs in the past.
